I do not know how this came about really to begin with. I guess I just wanted to do a portrait of a person. I chose Lou Reed since I really admire his music and style. Weird part was that I finished the sculpture the same day the man died. That hit me hard. Here's to you Mr Lou Reed, may you rest in peace.
